Salary range:  Depends on qualifications and experience

The Position

•Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures.

•Manages Company’s accreditation renewal process through the CHAP organization within operations, as well as builds strategic goals and leads a staff for successful on-side visit readiness on a daily basis before an accreditation status renewed for the next 3 years,
•Manages enrollment with Medicare/Medicaid, as soon as the State moratorium will be removed.                                                                                                                                         

•Leads, directs, and monitors the delivery of health care and related health and medical services. Provides direct supervision to nursing staff; supervise LPN in ADS on a monthly basis.

•Plans, develops and implements procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services and assures procedures that support people managing their own health care.

•Provides leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and nursing practice standards.

•Provides effective and efficient budget management that assures the best utilization of resources. 

•Provides effective staff management (hiring, development, training, performance, feedback, etc.) that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving supports and services. Evaluates services needs and staffing requirements to assure needs of people supported are met.

•Develops and implements health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related supports and services. Reviews training at least quarterly and makes modifications as needed.

•Manages and supervises in-services training for non-skilled staff (homecare and daycare departments).

•Develops and maintains documentation system for continuity of care and record storage that assures compliance with local, state and federal regulations and ESAH policies and procedures.  

•Maintains performance improvement activities to meet company, state, federal standards. Participates in the company’s information management and performance improvement programs.  

•Maintains a good working relationship with company staff and corporate officers

•Aids in the company’s goal of retaining quality personnel by appropriately interviewing, evaluating, and disciplining personnel within established policy.
•Provide the following duty of care:  review plan of care of clients, review medication administrative record of clients, and other if needed.


  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general use of Windows 8 OS.

  • Associate’s degree in nursing.


  • Current driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • R.N active license.


  • Minimum of 2 management/administrative years of experience in home/ health Care


  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal guidelines and regulations.
